Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all manufacturer tags and labels remain attached and intact.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
